We live in Illinois and always wanted a small condo close to the mountains in the Denver area, which we could use as a secondary home later in our lives. We got Mark and Allison's names through a friend and previous client and called them. We didn't have to worry about the rest of the steps. Mark was quick to grasp what my wife and I were looking for and immediately got to work. Within the next few weeks, we had a pretty good idea of the properties that were available and how to go about selecting one. We made one trip to Denver, spent the day visiting the homes we had earlier shortlisted, and before we landed back in Chicago, we already knew which one met our dreams. Mark helped negotiating the offer and gave us names of home inspector, insurance agent, and a property manager, all of whom he knew from before. He even represented us at the inspection and the first walk-through. The closing went smoothly. Now we not only have a second home in Colorado but also new friends in Mark and Allison.
