There is that old salesman's term that someone is a "go-getter". Mark and his wife, Alison, fall into this category. We started with the sale of my property well over a year ago. This should have been a simple "party wall" agreement to separate a duplex I own. However, because of city-based restrictions, we were forced to create an association and sell this as a condo. I interviewed several agents and found none of them really understood this process, nor would they look at the property in any way other than as an investment property, wanting to sell the duplex in its entirety. I have known Mark as a business acquaintance, so I asked him to provide his thoughts and professional advice. As I said above, "go-getter", regardless of the obstacles and problems, they were all overcome. This project involved many complicated issues including attorneys and surveyors and, of course, the title company and a couple of county and city departments. Mark and Alison coordinated and directed everything; their follow-through and expertise kept us going even when I became discouraged and was ready to pull the plug. Their experience provided a sense of calm and gave us confidence not only in the process, but their abilities. It's not often that I would say that "I couldn't have done it without you", but in this case, it's true!

We lived in this home for 15 plus years so it had been a while since we sold a home. We could have not asked for any more from any company! Mark and Alison were just unbelievable. They were adamant about making sure we completed updates and upgrades needed to compete in the market. Some of these were not minor items, including a new kitchen! When it was all said and done we got the projected value with improvements. This was a 1980 era built home so the price range can vary based on condition. The amount of time they spent working and helping us in the house was something we did not really expect! Amazing. They provided us vendors along with some of our own for the numerous projects. They also provided fixup financing that was made available from them, to complete the projects. In the end, negotiating in several areas and the work completed netted us what we needed and more to get on with our lives. We know a ton of people and will refer them hands down to everyone!
