This was one of the worst business experiences I’ve ever had. I have never experience more unprofessional, rude, entitled, demanding, disorganized and duplicitous behavior. I live in Newport Beach California, so that is saying a lot. Greg was unspeakably rude. I’ve not been spoken to like that in a very long time. I inherited properties under really tragic circumstances and live out of state. I needed help in very difficult time. I made that very clear from the outset and was sold something very different than what I received. It seems as soon as I signed the contract it was a Jeckle and Hyde switch. The level misinformation poor communication and disorganization alone was shocking. It started to feel like a money grab or even a scam. He kept demanding money from me without estimates to substantiate the cost. Once I actually got real estimates from another company it does appear that they were fabricating some of the requested repairs. Basically it looks like they were going to get money from me for things that didn’t need to be repaired and not fix what actually needed to be fixed. I had to fire the company after just a few weeks. The made a hard time even more brutal. While they are a bit cheaper than other companies, you get what you pay for. I switched to Colorado Realty and Property Management and they are absolutely amazing. Beyond what I could have ever hoped. Save yourself the money, headache and abuse and stay away from Colorado RES. If you want to see their real reviews look at their subreddit. I’d be very skeptical of the Osiris reviews. Probably friends and family posting fake ones. This company is awful.

Stay away!!! They offer extremely bad service and then throw you under the bus. Can't even do a simple house inspection and then blame everything on the homeowner. Also, don't believe their 5 star reviews as the come back and offer various incentives in order to change your review rating. STAY AWAY if you are a homeowner
